Floresta treats education not merely as a value but as a commitment. Through the Semente Educa project we not only provide training for our staff and the wider community, we also aim to act as a career accelerator, opening doors and supporting professional development in the audiovisual industry.

Semente Educa.Criativa, a Floresta initiative, is a training course designed to help young women facing socioeconomic inequality build careers in the audiovisual industry.
For this second edition, ten young women will be selected for a two-month course. The programme introduces participants to the concepts and processes behind creating, developing and formatting a project. They then each have the chance to create a non-fiction project, mentored by professionals from the company and invited guests.
The programme does more than train and empower young women: it offers a real chance of professional growth and personal fulfilment.
